University Grill opened in 2007 and is the continuation of Nick’s Cafe, which has served the Burlington area since 1985.  We are proudly owned and operated by the Fotiou family.  University Grill was chosen to be part of a reality show called Restaurant: Impossible on The Food Netowrk in February 2012.  After undergoing a complete “restoration,” we have been blessed with the opportunity to serve the freshest dishes taught directly from world renowned chef, Robert Irvine.  We use the best ingredients from local farmers and meat purveyors when available at the best possible value to all of our guests.  We believe that great food should be fresh, delicious, and plentiful.  Thank you to everyone who has ever dined with us and we look forward to seeing you again.
